2024 BC CHAMPIONSHIPS SETUP
FRIDAY AUGUST 30th
PRACTICE TIMES 1pm to 6pm
BCHA AGM 7pm at the clubhouse If space is available, non delegates are welcome
SATURDAY AUGUST 31st
PARTICIPANTS WALK IN at 8:30am - see organizer outside the main gate at 8:15 am
OPENING SHOES PITCHED - 8:50am on pit 5 by a ??? TBA
THE BC CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY begins at 9am.Hopefully
SAT SOCIAL TIME (no charge) Live Music by ANTHONY at the club 5pm to 7pm
Visit with friends from near and far, complimentary Snack Items, Bar Specials and a $50 free draw entry
you must be present to enter and win, Draw at 6pm
SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 1st
BC CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY Begins at 9am. Playing times are opposite from Saturday
AFTER THE BC CHAMPIONSHIP At the club relax enjoy reminiscing with friends new or old, with bar specials and a $50 free draw, you must be there to enter and win. Draw at 6pm
OTHER EVENTS OF INTEREST
SATURDAY 50/50 and RAFFLE TABLE Is presented by the BCHA and the Proceeds go to supporting the BCHA's great work they do for all BC Horseshoe Pitchers.
SUNDAY 50/50 and RAFFLE TABLE Is presented by the Cloverdale Horseshoe Club and the
Proceeds go to supporting our efforts and costs to host what we hope will give everyone a memorable time at this years BC Championship
We Have 15 Different Raffle Items Valued at $100 plus to $200 plus
CHC SPECIAL $50 DRAWS One at the "SATURDAY SOCIAL TIME" and one Sunday
at the "After The BC Championship"
free entry... You must be there to enter and win. Draw 6pm
CHC RANDOM DRAWS Sunday 2 free prize draws each for pitchers,
scorekeepers and the volunteer/helpers (those not pitching or scorekeeping),
winners names will be drawn and posted at 2pm
